HOUSING SERVICES MANAGER
Location – Westhill, Aberdeenshire
Circa £41,967 - £44,176 + Car Allowance
An exciting opening has arisen for an exceptional professional to lead our housing services team at a time of great challenge and opportunity for the Osprey Group.
This post will play a critical role in ensuring that our tenants and residents receive an excellent and continuously improving service, that is accessible, visible and results in high levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is a dynamic and strategic thinker who has the gravitas necessary to operate at a senior level. Having a broad knowledge and experience of housing management, with the right level of qualifications you will also have a proven track record of strong and effective leadership.
The post-holder will have overall responsibility for the social and financial performance of the Group’s Housing Services by inspiring, leading, motivating, guiding and supporting a dedicated team of Housing Management staff operating across Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City and Moray.
The post requires a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual. You should be passionate about ensuring our residents receive only the highest quality service and have the communication skills to encourage this in others. You will be innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to improve performance and ensure excellent customer service.
