As we are now moving past the immediate emergency response and into a longer period of restrictions and mitigation, we felt it was the right time to update all tenants of how we are now working and what we can do to continue to support you. Continued and sustained service delivery is our key focus along with supporting tenants as best we can throughout this time
Our Business Continuity Plan is now fully rolled out and working well, our staff team are fully operational working from home and our offices closed. The Customer service team remain available on 01224 548000 or firstname.lastname@example.org during normal office hours.

At present we are not carrying out home visits that are non emergency and it is important that you keep us informed of changes to your contact details to allow us to keep you informed as best we can.
