Term: Permanent
Full Time: 35 Hours per week
Salary: £22,673 – £23,867
Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire

The Osprey Group (incorporating Osprey Housing and Osprey Housing Moray) is a leading provider of affordable housing and home ownership options across the North East of Scotland. With more than 1,500 properties in management we are continually working to develop and enhance services for our customers.

The Osprey Group is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Customer Services Team.

The post holder will provide excellent front line customer service to all tenants, clients and service users making contact with the Osprey Group. This will include dealing with tenant or prospective tenant queries, reporting of tenant repairs to contractors, and ensuring effective tenant communications on a variety of housing related aspects.

The ideal candidates we are looking for should have good experience of working in a busy office environment and be committed to providing high quality customer care.

You should also possess good computing skills, be an excellent verbal and written communicator. Experience of working in the Housing Sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
