AHP Developments Limited are pleased to advise that a deal for the purchase of a site in Portlethen was been completed 31st March 2009. The site will be for 30 houses - all for rent. The builder will be Stewart Milne Homes, and site start date is May 09. A PR photo shoot is to take place in May 09
|Deveron Road, Huntly|
Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership wants to build a large-scale, energy-efficient development on the outskirts of Huntly. It is looking to build 41 houses, 20 flats and a play area at Deveron Road near the cemetery on the western edge of the town.
|Marconi Road, Fraserburgh|
A new village which will put people first. New homes built by AHP for the 21st century are rising from the rubble of Marconi Road in Fraserburgh as part of a major revamp of the town.
Work on twelve new homes for rent in Alford has been complete. The new housing scheme which was built in a partnership between Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership (AHP) and Kirkwood Homes began on site just a couple of months ago and was completed in early Spring 2008.
