Osprey Housing is pleased to announce that we have now gone live with PayBy Bank, a new payment method designed to make paying your rent quicker, safer, and more convenient.
PayBy Bank allows you to make a payment directly through your own mobile or online banking. It is one of the most secure ways to pay, as it connects you straight to your bank without needing to enter card details. It also offers excellent value for money for the organisation, helping us keep costs low due to low transaction fees where tenants prefer to make payments manually each month rather than having a direct debit

How to Make a Payment Using PayBy Bank
- Go to the payment link HERE
- Enter your details – your name, the amount you wish to pay, and your payment reference (your tenancy reference).
- The system will then confirm the details and ask you to proceed with PayBy Bank.
- Select your bank from the list.
- If your bank is not listed, PayBy Bank cannot be used for that transaction.

- On a mobile phone: You will be prompted to log in to your mobile banking app to approve the payment.
- On a PC or laptop: A QR code will appear. Simply scan it with your mobile phone and follow the steps in your online banking app.
- Once completed, the payment screen will refresh and confirm that your payment has been submitted.
- If the payment fails for any reason, the screen will clearly advise you.
