BOARD APPRENTICE
Osprey Housing is a leading provider of affordable housing across the north east of Scotland. We own approximately 1,800 properties and are continually working to develop and enhance services for our customers.
Following the successful completion of the scheme by our first two Board Apprentices, we are very excited to be able to offer a further opportunity to the right person for a two-year period to gain first-hand experience, through observation, of the workings and dynamics of our Board with a view to giving them the tools to become an effective Board Member in the future.
Our Board is focused on:
- Working closely with our tenants, being responsive; innovative and ambitious whilst remaining accountable and providing value for money in everything we do.
- Creating connected communities with more successful households that are able to prosper.
- Contributing to increasing the supply of genuinely affordable housing
- Making a difference to health and wellbeing
- Attracting talented people with genuine interest in helping create great homes and places to live

No previous Board experience is necessary, and this opportunity is open to all ages (18+), all backgrounds and all abilities. The position is unremunerated however travel and expenses will be reimbursed; training and development are also part of the offer. See the recruitment pack on our website.
