We want to inform you of the outcome of a review that we have recently carried out into opening hours of our office in Westhill. This review has taken into consideration both the number of visitors to the office and the times of the day that these visits normally take place, as well as the safety of our staff, especially during the darker winter months. 

The review found that overall, we have very few tenant visistors to the office, and of those visitors the number that visisted after 16:00 were very few. 

As a result, from Monday 1 December 2025 our Westhill office will close to visitors at 16:00 every day. this will not affect our telephone hours, and you will still be able to contact our Customer Services Team on 01224 548000 between:

09:00 - 17:00 on Mondays to Thursday

09:00 - 16:00 on Fridays

This new arrangement, which is supported by OTRA, our Tenants and Residents Association, will be reviewed in 6 months to ensure it is not adversely affecting the service we provide to you.
