Important Update: Temporary Issues With Online Payment Services

We would like to make tenants aware that the payment links on both our website and the Tenant Portal are currently not working. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise.

Our team is working closely with our payment service provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the upgraded service is still unavailable at this time. We will provide further updates as soon as normal service resumes.

How to Make a Rent Payment in the Meantime

Tenants are reminded that it remains their responsibility to ensure rent is paid on time. While online payments are temporarily unavailable, you can still make a payment using any of the following alternative methods:

1. Callpay (Phone Payment)

Call our office on 01224 548000 and a Customer Services Assistant will take your payment securely through our call‑masking system.

2. Bank Transfer

If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact the office or your Housing Officer. They will provide the necessary bank details.
Remember: include your tenancy reference number or your address as the payment reference. 

Your tenancy reference number can be found on most communications from us, and by registering/logging in to the tenant portal

3. Allpay Online

If you would rather not pay over the phone, you can make a payment directly via the Allpay website www.allpayments.net or by downloading the allpay app to your smart device.

You will need your Allpay card number to register. If you don’t have it available, please contact us and we can provide it for you.
