Appointment of New Repairs & Maintenance Contractor

The decision to appoint Banchory Contractors follows an extensive tendering and interview process, in which the Chair of the Tenants Association and AHP staff were involved.

The appointment of a new contractor does not change the way in which you should notify repairs to AHP and you should continue to use the same telephone number as currently.

There will, however, be a new "out-of-hours" number which should be used ONLY when an emergency occurs out-with our normal office hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Tel. 07752 667436) from 1st April 2009
