Scottish Government Consults on Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Government is developing a Scottish Social Housing Charter (the Charter) and is looking for the help of tenants, landlords and all others with an interest to shape and finalise it.

At AHP we have embarked on a service delivery improvement programme that will relate to the anticipated outcomes of both the Charter itself and the consultation process currently being undertaken by the Scottish Housing Regulator (a link to which is also provided on our website).

We would like you to think about what makes a good housing service and we would appreciate your views – please consider letting us know directly by posting on our enquiries page, enquiries@ospreyhousing.org.uk

At the same time we want to ensure you have the opportunity to have your say on what should be in the first Charter. To enable you to do this please click on the link below which will take you through to the part of the Scottish Governments web site that is devoted to the Charter:

Please note the closing date for the consultation is 1st November 2011.

If we can help you in any way understand what the consultation process involves please let us know and one of our Housing team will get in touch with you.
