Job Title: Leasing Services Assistant – Maternity Cover
Full Time: 35 Hours per week
Fixed Term 9 months with the possibility of a further 3 months extension
Salary: £24,878 - £26,187
Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire

The Osprey Group (incorporating Osprey Housing and Osprey Housing Moray) is a leading provider of affordable housing and home ownership options across the North East of Scotland. With more than 1,500 properties in management we are continually working to develop and enhance services for our customers.

The Osprey Group incorporates a subsidiary – Osprey Initiatives Limited (OIL). The subsidiary allows the group to provide Private Sector Housing, marketing and management services that Osprey Housing as the parent organisation is unable to provide directly (for reasons related to its charitable status).
This post will be an Osprey Housing appointment although the post holders main duties and responsibilities will relate to OIL activities. The appointment will be for an initial 9 months fixed period with the potential for a further 3 months extension.
The ideal candidate we are looking for should have good experience of working in a busy office environment and be committed to providing high quality customer care.
The main focus, duties and responsibilities of the job are detailed in the Job Description and the post holder will support the Leasing Services Manager (LSM) on all aspects of the Group’s Private Sector Housing, landlord services and other related activities managed within OIL.
