Important Information Update for all Osprey Tenants and Customers
Following the latest announcements from the Prime Minister of the UK Government and First Minister of the Scottish Government, we want to advise all our tenants and customers of updated information in relation to delivery of services and wider guidance on COVID-19.
We want to reassure you that tenant and staff wellbeing is of the upmost priority. We are implementing these measures to support efforts to stop the spread of the virus and protect health/health services.
- Osprey Housing Offices in Westhill and Lossiemouth are now fully closed until further notice.
- Following Government guidance home visits have been temporarily suspended and only those needed for exceptional reasons will be undertaken.
- We will be carrying out emergency repairs only until further notice. We will still accept and log requests for non-emergency repairs but they will not be carried out until restrictions are removed and the situation improves sufficiently to allow us to do so.
