Osprey Housing provide affordable homes to rent to people throughout North East of Scotland. We currently own over 1900 homes with more being developed across Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City and Moray. These range from 1 bedroom flats to 5 bedroom family accommodation within the areas that we operate.
Our stock is mainly comprised of general needs housing however we do also own supported accommodation properties and a Very Sheltered Housing Complex, which are allocated in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council.
