Scottish Housing Charter Review
The Scottish Social Housing Charter was published by the Scottish Government in 2012. The Charter sets the outcomes and standards that all social landlords should be achieving for their customers through their housing activities.
The Charter is currently under review and is open for consultation until 24th August 2016.
The Scottish Government will review the feedback from the consultation, consider proposed changes and approve the new Charter from 1st April 2017.
