James joined the Osprey Housing Moray Committee of Management in 2019.
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor James has a long career in housing development and project management. James was the Technical Director at Ogilvie Homes where his role covered commercial engineering, architectural design, construction developing and delivering 250 – 300 homes for private sale and social rent. James is currently a partner at Brownriggs.
