OspreyHousing CEO Stacy Angus with retiring Board Member Jim Milne 

Osprey Housing held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 13th September – this was the 24th AGM and the second as a single entity for OH.

Firstly, the Chairmans report outlined the great performance of the staff team through what feels like persistently challenging times post Covid and into the cost of living crisis – however our service delivery to tenants has been sustained throughout with our staff team working hard to put our tenants first. 

We saw some changes to the Board membership as Jim Milne stepped down, leaving some great feedback on his experience with the organisation. We would like to thank Jim for sharing his skills, knowledge and vast housing experience with the Board during his time on the Osprey Board. 

Two new members were elected to join the Board, we would like to welcome both Kay Diack and Colin Hawkins to the Osprey team.  

Next year will be our 25 year (silver) anniversary as an organisation – a milestone to celebrate! 

At the Board meeting following the AGM the Annual Assurance Statement was reviewed and approved.  This statement will be submitted to the Scottish Housing Regulator as part of our ongoing regulatory engagement. A copy of the statement can be found here -Link
