We own over 1,800 homes for social rent, providing stable and sustainable tenancies to a wide range of tenants. We also provide key support services to help our tenants and communities succeed.
We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant to join our busy Customer Services Team on a part time fixed term contract ending 31 March 2026, to cover a period of maternity leave.
The successful candidate will provide excellent front line customer service to all tenants, clients and service users making contact with Osprey. This will include dealing with tenant or prospective tenant queries, reporting of tenant repairs to contractors, and ensuring effective tenant communications on a variety of housing related aspects.
The ideal candidate will have good experience of working in a busy office environment and be committed to providing high quality customer care. They should also possess good computing skills, be an excellent verbal and written communicator, confident with a pleasant personality, efficient and well organised, able to work on their own initiative and enjoy dealing with the public. Experience of working in the Housing Sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
