Our rent consultation for 2024/25 is now live and we would like as many of our tenants as possible to share their thoughts and opinions on the services that we provide, as well as your preferred option for this year’s rent review. Any tenant who completes the survey response will be entered into a draw to win one of two £100 shopping vouchers.

Last year we received a very poor response rate to the survey with only 40 responses from a total of from 1800 households. Both Osprey Tenants and Residents Association (OTRA) and the Osprey board did not feel was a representative sample size which is why we are aiming for a minimum response rate of 10% of all tenants this year.
